From inside the iPhone app, Send feedback in the account menu is usually faster than email, because it attaches the app version, the device model and the screen you were on. Those three facts are the ones we would otherwise have to ask you for.
In the web portal, Provide feedback in the Help menu does the same thing.
A number that looks wrong is worth reporting even if you are not sure it is wrong. Several real defects have been found that way.
If a figure reads "not recorded", that is usually correct rather than broken. The platform does not estimate facts about a real person. Academic standing, injury status, handedness, eligibility details and compensation amounts exist only when a member of staff at the program has recorded them. The same applies to a player's exact position: no public source publishes the five-position split, so where nobody has entered it the platform says so instead of guessing.
Accounts are provisioned by your organization, and the app does not offer public sign-up. If you need access, or need a colleague added, contact your athletic department's administrator or email the address above. Account, role and program administration is done in the web portal rather than in the iPhone app.
The iPhone app and the web portal use the same account. If a password is not working, ask your administrator to reset it rather than creating a second account, because a duplicate account will not carry your program access.
